It was my first time using Alie Street and I would give 6 stars if I could. The customer services team are first class, they respond very, very quickly in a friendly professional manner and the delivery itself was equally fast. The dress I ordered was exactly what I was looking for, quality, beautifully understated, flattering and all without breaking the bank. I couldn't ask for more and would have no hesitation recommending Alie Street.

The service from Alie street has been fantastic, after having a bed experience with ordering a dress from overseas (China) I was put off ordering again online, but then I found Alie Street. Free delivery and free returns I thought I would give them ago. I’m so glad I did. I ordered three dresses for choice, they all fitted perfectly. I have kept one. The sizing is spot on, it fits lovely. It doesn’t need any alterations. I would highly recommend Alie Street if you're looking for beautiful dresses and a great service. Thank you Alie Street.

I ordered this dress for my wedding next year but when it arrived I realised it was far too long. No worries, the lovely Michelle in customer service confirmed that they could make a dress to a bespoke length for a small extra charge and made all of the arrangements for the new order and collection of the original order. My dress arrived yesterday and it fits perfectly, I can't wait to wear it next year. Would highly recommend Alie Street and their brilliant customer service team

The whole experience from ordering, despatch and receiving was fab. I returned my dress as it was too big and a replacement came through very speedy. The Lila dress was just beautiful and elegant to wear. Would definitely recommend.

Extremely satisfied. This was my first purchase. I was planning to wear to the Arabella Dress (Orchid Blush) to my nephews wedding, but liked the dress so much, that I decided to keep it and may wear it at my own wedding.

Just what I was after for my wedding next year. I visited several bridal shops and felt overwhelmed by price, length, detail, the fact that it will only be worn once etc. I was looking for something shorter in length that could potentially be worn again. Alie Street wedding dresses are simply beautiful! The fabric is also very soft & comfortable to wear. The designs are just lovely & flattering as well. Customer service is excellent & friendly. They made the online purchase process so easy. I ordered 4 wedding dresses (to try on) for shipment to the US. Shipping was fast & free, as well as returns. A return bag was included with instructions for printing the label. A courier picks up at your doorstep.

Ordered it a day before yesterday and arrived today. The dress is absolutely lovely! Fits perfectly. I'm a bit short at 5' so the length is just an inch below the knee but I can't find fault in it. Nice materials and overall awesome. Can't wait to wear it on my low key wedding. Thank you xoxoxo

The dress arrived beautifully packaged, small touches make all the difference. The dress its self is a lovely and the fit and the length is perfect, sometimes very difficult to find for someone who is 5ft 2inches. A great place to shop for those special occasions.

I ordered a formal dress for a wedding and received it within three days! It is gorgeous and fits beautifully. I had to return my original for a different size and again, I couldn't believe how quickly they processed the return and sent me a new dress, one size up. Very impressed!
